Good Scholarly article sources?

I have been looking for a scholarly article based on the poor diets of Americans for the past 2 hours in the library at my school to no avail. Does anyone have a good search engine for scholarly articles where I will have better luck?

    Do and internet search on "poor diets problems in society." It's that easy. There are numerous articles from reputable sources (USDA, American Cancer Society, Livestrong) that address these issues.
