Your hair is really damaged from the bleach, which is why its frizzy. The only way to fix it 100% would be to cut it off, but if you really dont want to try anti frizz serums (the john frieda frizz ease brand has a good selection of defrizzing products including shampoos and conditioners.) you can also try morrocan oil to help replenish some of the dryness. Run it through the ends of your hair when it is damp. Again, the only way to completely solve the problem is to cut it off.

Also another tip, at the end of your shower, rinse your hair with COLD water. It closes up the follicles and seals in the moisture, which can help with frizz.

    Good luck!

Bleaching is very damaging to your hair. Do you also straighten your hair? That contributes to dry, brittle hair also. The only sure way to get rid of it is to cut it off.

You can also try deep conditioning or repair masques. Store bought ones or DIY ones. I know that there are some DIY deep conditioners that require simple ingredients like coconut oil, olive oil, or honey. You might want to look some up on YouTube or www.naturallycurly.com. They may help a little bit if you really don't want to cut your hair.

It's because you bleached it, the chemicals kill your hair, Get some argan oil and apply that to the ends and don't use any heating products (so curling tongs, flat irons, blow dryers etc) your ends are dried out but that issue goes much deeper into your hair. Cutting off an inch or two maybe more would help but most wouldn't do that.

    It's also really dry out.

You're going to have to cut the damaged ends off! And use a treatment to keep your hair healthy and repaired, I recommend pro naturals hair repair system, it works.
