Oreo Truffles chilling question?

I am making oreo truffles this weekend and the recipe says to mold dough into balls, cover in chocolate, and then chill. I want a nice, round truffle(not a flat bottom where I set it on the pan). How can I achieve this? I was wondering if maybe chilling the dough in ball form for about thirty minutes before adding the chocolate coating? Any suggestions? Thank you!

Chilling the balls first will help. Try using two spoons to roll the balls in the chocolate.

Use a cake pop pan to chill the truffles. You can find them at Michael's.

Dip the ball half way into the chocolate & sit it on side WITHOUT chocolate. When set, dip the other side into the chocolate & sit it on the side that was originally dipped. when set, BOTH sides should be round!!!
