Xbox 360 issues need help :)?

So after spending sometime taking to custermerservies I've desisted that my best option is the internet! So here's my problem simplified in the best way possible. I'm getting the dick Conot be read error on all my downloaded games and disk games... I've Tryed undownloafing redownloading and cleaning disks when I know they have no scratches and trying to play them. It lets me in all the main menus and into multiplayer games only to pop up after about 40-50 seconds each time. (Yes I timed it :3) if you can magically help me I'd love you. Ps. All apps like netflix crunchy roll and stuff like that works no problem I've unplugged everything rest my cash and all that stuff so have at it. :)
