what can a scam artist do to you if they are made to give you a refund and they are threatening revenge?
They say they are from a dealership and selling extended warranties and the number they call from pops up automotive warranties. If you give them a credit card to send out the paperwork even a prepaid one and then you have to cancel it because of a car accident. Can they sue you when the BBB forces them to give you a refund and cancel your policy.Thats what NAD is threatening to do to several individuals

If they truly are 100% legit than yea they can actually take you to court :/ if they have your social and/or andress they can get you served or you'll be in debt to them
