Flux integral please help me!!?

Evaluate v= i-j+3k through a triangular plate of area 4 in the yz plane oriented in the positive x direction.

Where do I start with this?? Am I using the divergence theorum here? Your help is GREATLY appreciated!!!

    The x-component of v is the only one directed through the triangle. Its coefficient is 1 (the coefficient associated with i, the unit vector in the x-direction) uniformly over the area of the triangle. So the flux of v through the triangle = 4x1 = 4.
