How to calculate a flux integral? please help?

Evaluate v= i-j+3k through a triangular plate of area 4 in the yz plane oriented in the positive x direction.

Where do I start with this?? Am I using the divergence theorum here? Your help is GREATLY appreciated!!!

    Since we're dealing with a uni-directional field v and a planar area,

    Ф = v ▪ A

    Ф = <1, -1, 3> ▪ <4, 0, 0>

    Ф = 4
