Mobile phone contract. What's the best deal for 7 years' loyalty?

I have been with a mobile phone company since 2005. My contract is due for renewal soon. For £20 pm, what is the maximum I can ask? I want a smart phone like Samsung Note 3 or 4 , unlimited or at least 1000 mins talk, 1000 texts and 2 GB or more data for browsing. Will they give me all these for £20 pm?

    7 years? you should own the company.

    For £26 on a 2year contract I get 2000mins any number calls, unlimited calls to same network numbers, unlimited text, and unlimited internet. And a galaxy s3, with upgrade.

    Tell them you're thinking of changing providers, and what will they offer ring up a few other companies and see what they'll offer you too.
