Yes, though there's an increased chance of abnormalities in the child (note: *chance*, not certainty. Some children born from incest are perfectly healthy. Some have mild problems, others have severe problems. Still, probably best not to risk it).

Yes course they would. There are a lot of horror stories out there though about incest children being deformed and that idea has been turned into movies etc...But I think that's the extent of the thought process to be honest. Just stories. It is still wrong though.
