Is this even possible?

Is it possible to be so stressed, or emotionally conflicted that one could develop the Sharingan or could develop the ability of telekinesis?

    Telekinesis no. But telepathy and empathy are often discoverd during mental breakdowns due to the fact that at that time you are not subconciously holding back because you are to concerned about the present state.
