Who has control of Twitter since the IPO and had control prior to it being public?

In any IPO status, the Board of Directors has control of the corporations. They are the people who runs the business together with the CEO. Their source of funds comes from investors who just interested in making money out of the business. The users or consumers are the main players. If users/consumers decides to abandon the business, investors run away thus making the Board of Directors panick and scratch each orhers head. Pushing the CEO to make decision fast to move the company forward to gain back the investors trust.

Twitter does something enough people do not like and watch a class action happen :D
