Why didn't He lead everyone ?

Why didn't He guide everyone?

I believe in God, I am quite religious. Soon a convert of Islam in shaa Allah.

My question is that God loves everybody but why doesn't He guide everyone to Islam? Or He tried to but they just wont listen? I have been guided I guess, cos a couple years ago I didn't like Islam very much but then suddenly some friend showed me a vid and I got interested in it. And since then I was always busy with Islam etc

But back to the point He said that the disbelievers will go to hell, why doesn't He guide them to the right path?

I would much rather appreciate if you're going to give some dumb / mean comment then just leave

Salam alikum / Peace upon you good question and fair one

we ALL get equal chances when we become adults. then, some just decide based on their own free will turn face away, those Allah the Creator help them to go further away as He is aware of their ill hearts and bad intentions

And (remember) when Moses said unto his people: O my people! Why persecute ye me, when ye well know that I am Allah's messenger unto you?

"So when they went astray Allah sent their hearts astray."

And Allah guideth not the evil-living folk. (5)

    Quran61:5

    Hey bro.

“…And We never punish until We have sent a Messenger (to give warning).”- [Quran 17:15]

Anyone who will be punished in hell-fire, would have definitely got the message, but they ignored it.

It is only human to question ourselves - being born into a particular religion doesn't make it right - it is inhuman to follow anything blindly - and never will anything else make sense except Islam!! This is how Allah has created us - there is a thing called "Fitrah" - natural disposition in every human beings - which only complies with Islam.

~ on the matter of atheists, they claim they are "scientific people" - but seem to have completely shut their common sense off - after the creation of the universe..from where do you think billions of animals and fishes come on this planet? Just randomly popped up from no-where?

Anyone born into a religion other than islam - will realize how foolish their teachings/beliefs are if they study it for only an hour - they will leave that religion - but since God does exists - it means there must be a true religion - its only natural that a person would look into the biggest religion - or the religion that most people converts to..........so Islam should be the among the first choices...and anyone who honestly look into Islam to find the truth, will find what he is looking for.

    Hi :-)

What has convinced you that Islam is from a god? Every single supposed proof that Muslims use to try to prove this has been soundly refuted.

Islam is a man-made religion just like all the other 2,000+ religions out there. :-)

I hope you don't consider my answer to be mean, as I am merely stating the facts.

Here the God himself gives the answer:

(Quran 6:88) This is the Guidance of Allah. He gives that guidance to whom He pleases, of His servants. But if they were to join other gods with Him, all that they did would be vain for them.

Quran 29:69 And those who struggled in Our path, surely We shall guide them in Our ways. And no doubt, Allah is with the righteous.

47:17 Quran And those who have been guided, Allah has added to their guidance and bestowed them their piety.

So what we see is that it is the ALLAH who gives guidance and changes hearts and he gives guidance to those who strive in his path. So you as a person must have some good intentions in your heart that ALLAH has guided you to the right path.

    Inshallah

    Just to Add this hadith:

The Prophet Muhammad ï·º (peace be upon him) said:There are no people who went astray after having been guided except for indulging in disputation.” (al-Tirmidhi

Please also have a look at the meaning of Quran Chapter 2 Baqra Verse 9 and Verse 10. This will make it more clearer to whom ALLAH guides.

Congrats on reverting to Islam sister/brother!

God is telling us that we need to struggle hard in order to find the path to God. Allah will only guide those who actually struggle to be guided. If God has already predetermined who would go to hell and heaven without giving us free will then it would be useless for Allah to tell us to strive to be good. So God guides those who strive and put an effort to want to be guided.

Surah 14:4 "Then Allah sendeth whom He will astray, and guideth whom He will..."

Surah 73:19 "Let him who will, then, choose a way unto his Lord..."

Surah 29:69 "We surely guide them to Our paths, and lo! Allah is with the good..."

Surah 25:57 "Save that whoso will may choose a way unto his Lord..."

It's the person's fault if they sin, it is their fault and no one else's.

Surah 16:33 "Allah wronged them not, but they did wrong themselves..."

Surah 7:14 "Those who deny our revelations and the meeting of the Hereafter, their works are fruitless..."

The Bible is clear, "For God so loved the world...," so you are right that God indeed loves everyone. The next step is the question, Is that the end of the matter? It goes to the foundation of love, which is indeed "freewill." If His creation had no 'choice,' then their devotion, adoration, respect and gratefulness would be without sincerity and substance. The essence of love is our 'will'.

God's desire, as revealed in His creation and His Word, is for a people (made in His image) who would willing love Him. The rest of that well known verse (John 3:16) declares "...that whosoever believes in Him shall have...." There is the opportunity to "believe," to "love." And yes, I believe the Word of God shows us He indeed guides or speaks the way of truth for all of us: Again, "For God so loved the WORLD..."

When Jesus, the very incarnation of God (one with the Father) came to "show the way," explaining that He was "the WAY," He was surely continuing to "lead and show the way" for all of us to be free from sin, to be full of a great and sure hope and confidence, and filling us with joy and love that only His very Spirit could accomplish in us and through us in this day, and forever. I hope you continue to seek Him and surely you will find Him. Jesus said, "No man comes to the Father but by Me..." and "if you seek Him, you WILL find Him..." Merry Christmas! my friend.

And what path does Islam lead to?

For the one who knows the way to heaven we need Jesus.

    See Surat 3, somewhere after v 40.

Why would God lead everyone to worship a false god? That doesn't make sense. It was Jesus Christ, God's Son, who died for the sins of mankind, not Allah the false moon god or Mohammed his prophet.

Islam doesn't even believe that Jesus Christ is God. You believe Jesus is only a prophet of God, when Jesus has no beginning or end. Jesus is Alpha and Omega. Jesus IS EVERLASTING FATHER (Isaiah 9:6)

Sure doesn't make sense, does it?

If an infallible all powerful deity wanted me...a fallible fragile hairless ape to do anything, I'm quite certain he would have the power to make it happen.

He either must not require my belief, enjoys sending a certain percentage of his children to eternal torture or the entire thing is a myth. If its the first, great! If it's the second, he's unworthy of my worship in the 1st place. I'm leaning towards the third.
