If you are referring to Death as an event that merely happens: then also no.
To use the word "cheating" denotes the use of, or the knowledge of, material not normally available or not allowed under normal circumstances. In this case, the individual merely survived do to fortuitous circumstances and, possibly, good driving habits and prior planning.
