Android recovery 3e issue?

So my best friend locked me out of my phone today (a Blu phone studio 5.0) and in all the laughter and jokes she forgot what code she used….so I've opened the android recovery but I am just stuck on the recovery menu….I can select but I am not sure how to press enter…none of the buttons I press with work…help me out here plz!

Update:

It says to press the enter key….but the power button turns the menu off and none of the other touch keys work...

    Is that CWM modded? Sounds like it, it may be the current touchy version, do touch it.

    Power button may be the enter key it varies.
