How do I tell if my frozen problem is my main water supply or my pipes somewhere in my house? I have no water from any faucet in my house...Help please

Hi
If you are able loosen the nut on bottom, of the water meter. If you have water its your system If you have turned of the main `valve recently and it's an old gate valve good chance the valve separated from the stem.. Have had this happen many times.
