How do I (in text) cite several quotes from the same short story?

I am writing a literary analysis on a short story. The story is from a book of a collection of short stories. The story I am analyzing is four pages long, and has numbered paragraphs. I have several citations that are all from the same pages. Do I cite paragraph numbers or page numbers, within parentheses at the end of each quote?

MLA format

With page numbers, because it is MLA

But you need only do the first one. (or you can do the lot - and they'll all have identical citations)

For all the rest cite "op cit" = in the work cited.
