How long before drug dealers use drones?

Now that Amazon says they will use drones for deliveries, how long before drug dealers deliver their goods by drones...

Update:

@fas I meant for the delivery to the end user not for bulk delivery. I'd imagine self guided semi-submersibles would become the norm for bulk delivery, a little GPS and a bit of remote surveillance over a satellite internet link would limit risks. The end delivery could broaden the interaction area making them less vulnerable to sting and honey trap operations. Good point about surveillance drones being used by the drug dealers though.
