Is each member of the UN required to agree and follow the rights in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights?

Like are they required to sign it, or how is it determined to what countries agree to give their people these rights because I know not every country in the world will give all these rights to their people. i.e. North Korea.

Have you looked on the UN website for this information? Or dug around for info on the UDHR?

I DO know that being a signatory to the Declaration doesn't actually REQUIRE a country to follow it.

But I don't know if joining the UN includes being a signatory to that document or not.

The u.n. is a crock of sh*t. Kick the disorganization out of our country.

of course not. countries are sovereign -- they can and do what they please, no matter what the UN says.
