Jailbreak 7.0.4 Download Question!?!?

I downloaded the Redsn0w 0.9.15 beta 3.

1st Question: Do i just run this and it will jailbeak my ipod touch 5g 7.0.4?

    As for the users posting anti-jailbreak responses: were you all incapable of reading the part of the questions stating you should stay on topic?

    no jailbreak is available for devices running iOS 6.1.3 and above
