Look, theres this girl at my school and shes a good friend but i like her alot, she's creative and fun and just awesome to be around and im absolutly terrified to tell her cuz i don't want her to be weirded out and just totaly shut me out what do i do?? please help me.

Just tell her how you feel. Before that though, tell her no matter what that you two will always be close friends, whether or not she accepts your affections or not. Trust me I know what you're going through. I have a friend who I have a major crush on, but she has a boyfriend and I'm perfectly fine with that; maybe a little upset, but fine. That's her choice.
Just don't make it sound desperate. Just say something like, "Um...I don't know how else to say this, but I like you...a lot. Please don't hate me, I think you're a really fun and cool person," or something like that.

start with asking her out somewhere(like a movie). try to hold her hand, look at her and smile. Put an arm around her when you two are at movies. If she doesn't get creeped out, or acts like "wow awkward", then she likes you back! don't make her feel uncomfortable. act natural, like it's no big deal.
