I am miserable with my current life and want to leave and join the Canadian army?
I want to join the army extremely badly and just leave my life the things in which make me miserable will not change. What are the procedures to join the army and go to different place and be stationed. I relatively don't have much experience and knowledge in regards to the army but it seems that it would be much better than my current life

.
1) Contact your local Canadian Forces Recruiting Centre they will be able to outline the process.I believe now you apply on line.
2) Once you apply they set up a date for you to write tests and pass a physical (you need to meet the education standards. When I applied had to give 3 letters of reference.)
3) You are given up to 3 career options. They will then determine which one you will be given. That determiners where you may be stationed what unit/Regiment you will go to (and as a result what base).
4) Once basic training is up you go for your MOC/trade training. Be it infantry, armour, or artillery school or your trade training. .
5) You are sent to your base and assigned to a unit/Regiment and start your career.

Your flag thingy says you are American. To join the Canadian military, you have to be a Canadian citizen.
If you are Canadian, go to the website www.forces,ca, and follow the instructions.
