What you are asking for is what is called a dual WAN router. A dual WAN router permits more than one Wide Area Network (internet in your case) feed.
Many dual WAN routers are a bit sophisticated in that they can be configured to detect loss of internet from one feed and automatically shift to the other WAN (fail over mode); some can alternate from one WAN to the other to balance the load; some can do either, depending on how it is programmed.
Many dual WAN routers permit only Ethernet protocol signal and have RJ45 ports. You may find it difficult to find one that has one WAN port that is in fact a built in ADSL modem with RJ11 port. You can purchase a stand alone ADSL modem which takes the RJ11 port and ADSL feed, converts it to Ethernet and sends it out an RJ45 port and you may have to do this. Run a search on ADSL modems to find out what your suppliers offer in your part of the world.
Cisco Small Business division offers many different routers in their "RV" family. Some of these are ADSL modem / routers; some are Dual WAN routers. Check them out as what is sold varies by location.
Worst case - you will need a dual WAN router with an ADSL modem (two devices); best case you will find a dual WAN router with one WAN being an ADSL fee.
