Constant lower back pain?
My girlfriend has been complaining about lower back pain that is starting to worry me. It's been getting worse and it comes and goes throughout the day. Her level of pain fluctuates and stays at a tops 4/10. Right now it is at a 2. She's 5'2'',160lbs. What can be causing her pain? She says her pee is crystal clear. Please help

Maybe it is actually something in her back, if possible get her to an orthopedic doctor for an exam and some testing to see if she actually does have a problem in her back. Never know if you don't go check it out.

I had back pain too but I have been stretching for 30 mins everyday and it really helps
