Is my dog protecting me from a ghost?

I'm in the basement the gameroom and I'm sitting down there my dog never ever comes down here all of a sudden she comes down here and she takes a defensive stance and stares into the corner of the at nothing she even started to grow for about 30 seconds then she stopped and came and sat down by me she hast left my side since and she is pointed towards that spot in the basement. Can dogs see things that we don't? I've heard stories but I've never witnessed anything like this. Sorry for the run on sentences

if the wall/basement is underground then there might be some burrowing animals like moles (or something else that lives underground) and she can hear it, if in fact this is the first time she had heard this it would confuse and anger her im sure :D ...(she even started to growl* for about 30 seconds) i think is what you meant?

  • Dog is not seen anything there but can hear and smell the creatures in the earth. Shrews and moles and voles and mice and deltick mice and rats and hell rats and rockmen and omega crawlers. Snakes and worms and grubs and centipedes too! They don't like sound in the basement walls and can smell the meats and sents and motions of the beasts behind them. Put a statue of another kind of dog there and dog will know it safe to be there. Do not put a cat or man because it will afraid the dog.

Too bad your dog can't teach you that there is no such thing as a ghost.
