How can I loose this weight before summer?

I'm so insecure. All my fat goes to my stomach, thighs and my face. I'm 121 pounds. And I'm 14 almost 15. Sounds like a normal weight but I'm only 4'10. So it looks like I weigh a lot more cuz I'm soooo short. I would like to be 105 pounds. How can I do this by summer? I can't workout outside because of snow and I can't get a gym membership. I want to diet and eat healthy. Any tips? Please?????

    Cut on carbs, 5 meals a day
