Question about my daughters ipod?
I have my 16 year olds I pod,she passed away in 2010.Everything is locked except her pictures,notes,and music.Would apple unlock it for me if I asked? Also,her playlist disappeared one day last year.Why would that happen and its there any way to recover it?

Sorry to hear about your daughter.
The Playlist probably got deleted and there may not be a way to get them back. The other info Apple would be able to get it off. You can make an Appointment online for the Genius Bar (Place Where They Help You with Your Devices) at you nearest Apple Store. Again I'm am sorry to hear about your daughter. Hope this helps.
