I am studying to be a nurse I went to a technical collage to get my anatomy and physiology gen eds out of the way but now I wanna go to the University to start school to become an rn, will me credit hours transfer over?

Some will, some won't. It's up to the university, not the yahoo community..
Even if the credits are allowed, taking A&P at community college was a really bad idea. If the course was taken at the university with the nursing school, the nursing school would have some input on what should be taught. Poorly performing nursing students could be have their educational deficiencies corrected before they got into the program.
Taking half-a$$ed foundational courses at a "collage" is not going to make you a better nurse, nor is it good news for your patients.

If your college is accredited by CHEA or something similar that most probably it is. To be sure check with the university you want to apply to.
