Will Ash Ketchum ever find a girlfriend?

Probably not. But interestingly enough, in the X/Y arc of Pokemon (currently airing), Ash's new female traveling companion is apparently someone he knew as a child... and she's been a bit "friendlier" with Ash then his previous female traveling companions, if you know what I mean. Will this turn into something? Probably not, but it's an amusing thought to entertain.

Ash does look older in the XY series and his present female companion Serena too is showing some signs. I don't how much far that will go but remember keeping interesting thoughts is not a bad thing.

I think he looks about 12 to 14 years of age in the XY series, so sorry to the sucking immortality theory.

If you count each episode of Pokemon as one day in the anime and if each episode is shown every 7 days, then ash's age should be=16/7 +10= 12 to 13 years approximately provided the show started 16years ago.

The target demographic for Pokemon is about 10-12, so it's incredibly unlikely he'll ever get a girlfriend. This is also the reason he appears to never age, even after nearly 1000 episodes or more. (it says he's still ten at the beginning of the Black and White anime.)

It kind of sucks for us older fans of the show that Ash will never mature, and that he becomes a noob at the end of each anime series for no apparent reason, but what are you gonna do?
