How to I get a Sucessful relationship?
I don't get why allot of guys start talking to me and then we get to talking about relationships and they start telling me they like me and all this stuff then Bam the next day they have a girlfriend. Im like I thought they actually liked me? I am a young woman with self respect and classy and pretty so its not my looks. But why does it always happen or im close to being the rebound girl I just don't get it

If the guys talking to you have a new girlfriend "the next day", then they were likely using you as a sounding board. Maybe they were unsure whether to get involved with the [soon to be] new girlfriend and needed the perspective of some other [sensible] young woman.
Popular young guys have a lot of choices for girlfriends. Given a choice between "fun" and "serious", most choose "fun". They usually aren't looking at this as a long term commitment.
Instead of trying to change who you are, you can look at other choices yourself. Don't look at this as a long term commitment, it probably won't be no matter how much you might want it to be.
Start talking more to some of the shyer guys, you might find one you really like. Popularity isn't everything.
