If you are looking for just the "fashion" look of riding boots, try walmart or target they have amazing boots like that for like $30.00 and there's a great selection too :)
If you want actual riding boots then I feel really dumb and I'm sorry I don't know

I like boots at Payless. Most styles have a wide calf option. All of their boots are on sale now too. :)
