There are two dominant soft drinks in the US - Coke and Pepsi.
There are several other brands of pop, but the two big ones get the vast majority of sales.
Do you claim that we have a "two drink system"?
The United States does not HAVE a "two party system".
We don't have any party system at all.
Two parties dominate BECAUSE THOSE ARE WHAT THE MAJORITY OF VOTERS WANT.
