how do i know what weights to start training with?

I have decided to take up the USN 12-week challenge and train from home... but i have no idea what weights i should be using? how do i determine what i should start with and when i should increase the weights i use?

i am training from home.. so i cant exactly afford to just buy weights randomly

    You need to find a 'circuit training' class locally - that really is the bomb and will train you hard for 30/45 mins under guidance/motivation.

    Do HITT High Intensity Interval Training aswell.

    You will see results quickly especially if you eat lots of protein and no salt/sugar - and minimal carbs xxxx h
