Simplifying Rational Expression?

The Question is:

6a^2 - 15a / 6a - 15a^2

Basically as far as I got was factoring 'a' from the numerator and denominator to get

a(6a-15) / a(6-15a)

but now I'm confused because I can't cancel the top and bottom term, if you could explain that would be really helpful... could you help me out? Thanks :)

There are other common factors, so I wouldn't factor out just 'a.'

    = 3a(2a - 5) / 3a(2 - 5a) ..... cancel out the (3a) terms.

    = (2a - 5) / (2 - 5a).

That is the simplest form you can get.
