Whats a good workout schedule that doesn't include weights?
I'm 18 and I'm absolutely sick of sitting on my ***. I need to get in shape again. Is there a good workout schedule I can do that i dot need weights for? I need to know how many reps, how many days a week, all that good stuff. Also, I have asthma so if your workout program includes running or jogging, please keep it to a minimal. Thanks to anyone who can help me out on this.

Pull ups , do them until you feel like your arms are going to break then get down and do pushups right away to pit more stress on your muscles then keep repeating evryday and do that same pattern for as long as you can until you feel like youre going to pass out . Hang in the pull up bar for as long as you can and plank in a push up position for about 6 to 10 minutes .. That sounds wack and all but trust me it really hurts and helps just look up bar brothers on youtube

Here are some workouts you could try. I would suggest working out 3 days per week and a days rest in between.
