Can someone PLEASE help me out with this project of mine?

I need help figuring out what are the drawbacks of public funding and family planning services. (PLEASE don't give me the good stuff/pros about it, give me the cons/drawbacks). Thank you. I'm the type of person who doesn't really have a strong opinion about specific topics like these, but I need an argument for this project that is due in 2 weeks.

One problem is that it is socialistic. This means that everyone pays via taxes, and some get the benefit by the generosity of the government.

Since the government is giving the service away free, it gets to set the rules of access. These rules may be fair or unfair. Always someone will see unfairness.

When people are paying for their own services, they quit any provider they don't like and go to another. If the government is the provider, you may not have that option.

Some people will complain about the higher taxes necessary to support public funding.
