'Shocker' means that something is surprising. For example if a goalie kicks the ball into his own net in football or a batsman catches the ball in cricket or any other example you care to imagine.
NSFW (I guess you mean this) means 'Not Safe For Work', it's a warning that you find on many websites if a particular image/ story contains pictures or stories that are considered taboo in work. Perhaps they contain nudity, sexual content or graphic violence.
(NFSW is an acronym for the game, 'Need For Speed: World', I'm guessing you don't mean this.)

The spread is the number of points the team has to win by. If I bet you the Colts would beat the Jets but you take the Jets and 9 points, Then the Colts would have to beat the Jets by 10 points. So if the score was Colts 24 Jets 16 then you would win the bet because the Colts did not cover the spread. The over under is a bet on how many points will be scored in that game. If I say the over under is 31 in that Colts Jets game then you would have to bet that more points or less points would be scored. Since there were 30 points scored on my example game then anyone who bet on the under would get paid. Odds are a percentage. If I bet you 3:1 that the Colts will beat the Jets then for every one dollar you bet I pay 3. If you bet 100$ I have to put up 300$.
