30w 2d contractions or baby stretching?
I'm a FTM and I am not sure if I am feeling BH or just the baby stretching. What is the difference and what does it feel like? This doesn't feel like normal movement. The first two were really painful and then I felt extreme pressure on my bladder. Its been going on for about 15 minutes now. And I am short of breath. Please help!
