vehicle state inspection and registration questions! !?
what kind of trouble can I get in to see if my vehicle cannot pass state inspection due to an intake manifold gasket leak which cost way too much money more than the cars worth to Fix so let's say I cannot Pass inspection and probably never will be able to because its too much money to fix the manifold leak blah blah blah so what if I ordered an out of state license plate from eBay which is expired and put it on my vehicle since I can't pass inspection and I see no reason on paying registration fees for another year if I can't drive it so what kind of trouble can I get into if I put an expired out of state plate on my vehicle and only driving around for example to work and the store or somewhere I may need to go important can someone please help

What "kind" of trouble? What "kind" did you have in mind?
You can get into all "kinds" of trouble including being heavily fined and possibly going to jail.
However, I doubt that you will get any good answers because your grammar is atrocious. Have you ever learned about sentence structure? Punctuation?
Grammar matters

1. Stolen plates or displaying a purchased plate which is not associated with your vehicle is quite dumb. The consequences vary from state to state.
2. This is huge thing that most people never think about: If you operate a vehicle that is not properly registered, your insurance company (please tell me that you have insurance) can deny any claim against the policy. If you get into an accident where you're at fault and find that your policy is invalid because the car isn't registered and you'll find yourself in a world of financial hurt far beyond that of any fine or repair cost.
3. What is the car worth to you? The resale value is potentially irrelevant if aside from the intake manifold leak, the car is reliable. In other words, how much do you value it as transportation relative to its resale value?
4. Bo's advice is also something to consider. Some states or cities allow an exemption from emissions testing based upon the age of the vehicle (think pre 1996 when OBD-II diagnostics rolled out or prior to the use of catalytic converters sometime in the mid 70s).
5. I stand with Entidtil with on the grammar issues. I've seen much worse, but this is still pretty bad.

call your state dmv. some states allow the car to be driven if the repairs are more than the car is worth. this depends on the year of the car and so forth. as far as what you really want to do and get pulled over the car gets towed and you could be in trouble for stolen plates. and if you don't have the money for repairs just think of how much the other problems will be
