Be informed when I get a best answer?
I'm quite new here and this is my first question and I've been wondering for a while now that when you get voted the 'Best Answer' do you get informed in your mail?

Yes they will send a message to you and if you open the email you can see if the user selected it themselves or if it was the voters who gave you the most votes.
It is also why you should select a Best Answer to your question so the one who gives you the best gets the credit, and you will get 3 points for doing so.
