!I WOULD REALLY LIKE ADVICE! IF DONT MIND.?

Hello, everyone. I really admire this lady 1 year younger then me. When i was in my teens we had class's together and i always sat in front of her and i was the only one to talk to her. We would joke laugh talk about the latest thing and so on, though her laugh was weird but i thought it was so cute and funny. though tons of guys liked her back then and she had tons of boy-friends, and i'm pretty sure tons of guys like her now. Problem is i have moved far away and only have her on friend social. But we still talk about beauty and least topics hair. I think she knows i not gay...but not sure. ever saw big bang theory? Raj? I'm very much like him, but i have no problem speaking to ladies. I never had a girl-lover. or anything like hold hand kiss blah blah blah..Anyway i want to say to her "My God you have such beautiful smile!" but im scared to say it to her. I also wanted to say "My Lord your beauty is painful." but than that could be cheesy. I really like this lady! i 21 she 20. i in nursing she in hair, though im going to hair school soon because i want more hats. my father is like lots of things dr. retired arm forces government worker and a lot more so i want to be like him. though i scared she will regent my compliant or get a little plain thanks. and that would suck. My father stills works at town where she lives. but i dont know. Advice? I remember making her a dance song for her back then but i think she knew it was for her but i think didnt like me at the time. I have amazing piano and producer music talent and some times when i like a certain girl i make a song for them but they also blow it off......i mean i spend countless hours making the song. anyway eh. advice?
