I was under duress when a police report was made out things happened too fast?

I'm being sued in small claims it seemed when I tried to explain things, nothing came out right and the officer strong armed me Now what!

    Here are some things that don't matter in your scenario:

    - under duress when a police report was made out

    - things happened too fast?

    - nothing came out right

    - officer strong armed me

    Now what? You can go to small claims court and bring evidence that supports your side of the story. You can tell your side of the story. You can ask questions to the person who is telling the side of the story against you.

    The judge will consider everything brought up in court and render a judgement.

    small claims court are for civil action .nothing to do with

    the police

    now you go to court and get to explain it again and try to prove your innocence.
