QB help for week 14!?

Romo or Flacco. I know that the first instinct is Romo, but he is going against Chicago and the temperature is going to be COLD. Now Baltimore may be slightly warmer, but Flacco is going against a weak Minn. secondary. Thoughts?

    Chicago is a bad run defense so Murray will get the ball a lot. Although i am a die hard Dallas fan and a supporter of Romo, I'm going to have to say Flacco cause of matchups

    They both are bad. I'd say romo out of the two
