my cervix is low soft and open. wat does that mean?

What does that mean my cervix is low soft and open i felt wit my finger does that mean im fertile. Or ovulating having some discharge

    yep, you're fertile. It's a good time for baby making.

    Yes, one of the symptoms with a preovulation hormone surge is the cervix becoming soft, low, open, and wet. However, some women do that throughout the month, so it's not an absolute given. Also, the hormone surge is not a guarantee you'll ovulate as a result. But it's a good start.
