Why is my car idealing at high Rpm?
I have a 2013 Dodge Dart Aero with the 1.4 Multi-Air turbo engine. In the morning when I started it up it was idealing between 2000-2500 rpm.. It was about 8 degrees F outside. after the car warmed up, it went down to idealing regularly at 500-750 rom. Since this is my first car with a turbo, I'm wondering if all turbo engine cars act the same? Please let men know. Please no stupid answers

I am thinking that the extreme cold had something to do with it, however if your worried bring it back to the dealer and let them have a look. It should still be under any warranty that came with the car at purchase time and if its a problem it should get fixed free of charge. good luck.
