I don't know how to work out?
So, I'm trying to lose at least 10 pounds within a few months by eating healthier and working out but I don't know how to work out.. at all. I used to go to Planet Fitness, and when I showed up all I would do is walk on the treadmill for and hour and go home, I really want to tone up my whole body. But I'm targeting losing weight in my legs, flattening my stomach, and shaping my butt. How can I do that if I join the gym again? I don't really have the money for a personal trainer and none of my friends go to gyms where I could join them.

Well at least you know you have to diet dieting is essential. Count your calories you intake and to loose weight you need to burn roughly 500 more calories than you consume that will loose 1 pound.
Treadmill is good only bump it up from a walk to a jog that will help burn flab in your legs and some in your stomach
Do some sit ups with medicine balls in the gym it will really tone your stomach.
Try swimming it is possibly the best form of exercise you are working your full body for it.
Arms using dung bells lift them to help loose weight there particularly in triceps
Ps: drink a lot of water it has 0 calories and will hydrate you lots! Good luck :)
