Kodak (along with BenQ, Vivitar and GE) is a marque to be avoided at all costs - buy just about anything else.
You need an SD or SDHC card for just about any camera in this price range - a couple of 4GB will do fine (SDXC cards are expensive, too big for everyday use, and not all cameras can take them).

With Kodak in the "throws" of banruptcy, you have more guts than I do. But I notice that the zoom lens is 3x in power. I really have no use for 3x. A 5x zoom lens, is my minimum as 3x is too short of a zoom lens. But the camera appears very small and if that is the most important part of your purchase-OK. But otherwise I would have no use for a 3x zoom lens!
