When your using a heat press and heat transfers to make t shirts do you use a larger transfer for a larger shirt? Or do you use the same size transfer regardless the t shirt size?

I use the same size image for my varied sizes. But, it depends on the design to begin with. If you as the designer realize your image that fits a small, medium, and large just doesn't look correct in larger sizes you have to adjust for it. I wouldn't design something that required too many changes or you will be going crazy with changing the variations of size. Even that decision will have to be a personal one. I just realize that my profits may be eaten up by printing too many heat transfers or wasting time to make extra changes.
