What should I do? HELP!?
I've had extreme abdominal pain the past three days. Feels like menstrual cramps but much worse and doesn't let up at all. I'm only comfortable in the fetal position, curled up. I have a history of cysts and abdominal pain for a few years. I've tried everything at home that I can think of, and nothing is working. I have a LOT of medical bills and am worried that if I make my fiance take me in to the ER, they wont find anything wrong, (this has happened many times)...
HELP!! I cannot stand this pain and have to work tomorrow, as a preschool teacher, this pain is really difficult to work with.
does ANYBODY know anything I can do to stop this? Or should I just suck it up and go into the ER?

You could possibly have a Kidney Stone. Or, you could have appendicitis. Appendicitis is serious if not treated! If it is treated quick enough, you'll be perfectly fine.
