It's about a guy. Need some advice.?

It all started when I worked with him. He flirted with me to the extreme but would always say" when you turn 18 I will ask you out " I just turned 18 a few weeks ago and contacted me (Get this he didn't talk to me for a full year after he quit work) I told him that he was a nice guy an all but if his intentions were to hump and dump me I was not interested. So he came back with I really regret taking our friendship for granted and I would love to become friends with you again. So I gave him a chance. We hung out one night and we talked a lot. I got home he texted me that I was really cool and to never change. He said he wanted to hang out again but would call me at last minute (6:30pm) I told him off saying I wasn't waiting around And calling last min was F'ed up. He hasn't deleted me on Instagram and snap chat and even liked my recent picture on Instagram. Will he most likely contact me again? He is a bit of a player and I think he is not used to a girl putting him in his place.
