If my 15-6 Investigation comes back stating i am "innocent", can my CoC still punish me?

Im currently under ongoing investigation ("Abusive Sexual Contact" was the exact charge), however due to the fact that I am innocent and have an eyewitness stating that, as well as a bad rap on my prosecutor, It is likely that the case is going to be dropped completely or at least to a much lesser charge and continue with a no contact order. If It does come back as innocent, can my CoC punish me still?

If the charges are "dropped" - you aren't "found innocent" - they just decided not to take you to trial for a myriad of reasons. This doesn't mean that you can't get an Article 15 for being charged - and then getting Chaptered out for getting the Art:15.

If you are convicted of a "much lesser charge," you can get at least an Article 15 and then get chaptered out for getting convicted of a crime AND getting an Art:15.

Your days in the service are numbered, no matter what you do.

Depends on what you mean by "punish". They can't fine you or bust you in rank. But you can expect to get the most shyt jobs available, and you'd better be squeeky clean.

I was a member of a court martial once for a child molester. Every single one of us knew he was guilty, but that charge was dropped on a technicality. However he was also charged with falsifying an official statement because he had signed the barracks muster sheet two hours after liberty was up.

We gave him a dishonorable discharge and 5 yrs for writing the wrong time on the sign in sheet :)

Sure they can. A 15-6 investigation is not a criminal investigation
